Returns & Exchanges

New and regular items purchased can be returned to Island Biker.co.uk in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds are NOT available for SALE ITEMS– only exchange, or store credit.

Refunds on normal and regular item WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING/ADMIN FEE

Island Biker WILL NOT accept returns of bikinis or underwear or headwear. Sorry, but that's nasty...Note: Health regulations prohibit the exchange or return of Underwear and Headwear ! not us.

No Refunds will be Given for Helmets or Headwear. Full Stop. If you have made a mistake then we are sorry but these are our terms we will not refund helmets even if you shout at us..

WHAT TO DO

You will need to contact Island Biker And then return Goods (within 7 day's of reciept) Call us first on 0117 9071815 and have your invoice and customer information to hand.

Return Procedures

Please follow these steps to ensure proper processing of Your Return.

1. Use the original packing materials to repack the merchandise to be returned.
2. Include copies of Your Packing Slip, Original Invoice or a typed copy of your customer contact/order information with your return shipment.
3. You will be responsible for prepaying all return shipping and handling charges.
4. Returns must be sent via courier or Post Office Special Next Day delivery or Recorded. Island Biker  will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
5. Please allow 2 weeks after we receive your product for us to review your request and a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
6. If part of a product is defective, the full product must be returned for replacement. Island Biker reserves the right to replace defective items and return
7. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to and will be charged a 15% + VAT restocking fee of the price of goods in question, or £15 + VAT, whichever is greater. However, Island Biker may refuse to accept any returns where goods have been specially purchased to meet the customer’s requirements, or if the goods have a sales value of £20 + VAT or less.

Incorrect Shipments/ Manufacturer's Defects

We will repair any manufacturer's Defects and replace any incorrectly sent items at no-charge. Shipping charges will be refunded in the event of manufacturer's defects or an incorrect shipment only. To return items, please contact us by fax or Email within 7 days of receipt of order.
